Run placements on proof, not spreadsheets.
Wishire gives your placement cell one number per student, a plan for every tier of the batch, and the reports management asks for. Built for Indian colleges across engineering, management, commerce, science and arts.
Know who's ready three weeks earlier
Most placement cells find out who is not ready about two weeks before the first drive, when it is too late to fix. Wishire measures every student from the day they join: a Wishire Score built from AI mock interviews, proctored tests and résumé analysis, refreshed every time they practise.
The season playbook splits the batch into four tiers and tells you the one thing to do for each. The middle band, students scoring 40 to 69, is where the placement rate moves, so it is shown first.
Three numbers to steer the season by
- Readiness %: share of the batch at 70+. Under 30% is a crisis, 50 to 70% is strong, 70%+ is top tier.
- Coverage %: share of students with real evidence (a résumé, a mock interview or a test). Keep it above 80%: you cannot help who you cannot see.
- Department delta: the gap between your strongest and weakest department. A gap over 20 points usually means a department is being left behind.
Every Monday the placement team gets these numbers by email, with movers up and down and this week's actions. Coordinators get the college, HODs get their department.
Drives, eligibility and shortlists in one place
Post a drive with eligibility rules (CGPA, branch, minimum score), and only eligible students can apply. Applicants arrive ranked by readiness with proctoring verification. Export a recruiter-ready report for every shortlisted student in one click: score breakdown, verified attempts, résumé and ATS result, courses and certificates with verification links.
Company-pattern tests your students will actually face
Proctored mock tests built on the real patterns of TCS NQT, Infosys, Wipro, Accenture, Capgemini, Cognizant GenC and more, with sectional cutoffs, so a student knows before the drive whether they would clear it. See all company test patterns.
Courses, certificates and your branding
Add your own courses (a mock interview series, an aptitude crash course, a soft-skills module) or use Wishire's starter courses. Completion is tracked per student. Certificates carry your college name, logo and the placement director's signature, with a QR code recruiters can verify.
Reports for the principal, NAAC and NIRF
Branch-wise readiness and placement analytics, an annual placement report with the honest placeable base (higher-studies and opted-out students excluded, the way NIRF counts), and an AI executive summary written from your numbers. Read the guide to NAAC and NIRF placement reporting.
Questions people ask
- How long does onboarding take?
- One working session. Import your student list from Excel, share the invite code, add your logo. The placement cell is live the same day.
- Does it work for non-engineering courses?
- Yes. BBA, B.Com, BCA, MBA, BA and B.Sc students get role-appropriate interviews, tests and plans. The readiness score is built per course track, not only for software roles.
- Can HODs see only their department?
- Yes. Role-based access: the owner and coordinators see the college, each HOD sees their own department on every screen and in the weekly digest.
- Is student data safe?
- Student data belongs to the student and the college. Proctoring stores counts and timestamps, never video. Nothing is sold or shared with third parties.
