What we believe
A fresher's first job should depend on what they can do, measured fairly, not on which college's name is on the résumé. A placement cell should know who is ready weeks earlier, not days. And every number shown to a student, a college or a recruiter should be explainable.
How we build
Rules decide, AI writes. Scores are computed from explicit, documented rules; the AI explains and coaches. Proctoring runs on the student's device and stores counts, never video. Nothing about a student is invented, from the résumé builder's fact guard to the recruiter report.
